Konguvel shocked
HYDERABAD, JANUARY 10: J Venkataramana (ICF) shocked top-seeded International Master (IM) Konguvel (ONGC) to emerge sole leader with six points at the end of sixth round of Fourth Global Trust Bank Fide-Rated All India Open Chess Tournament. A Sankar (Southern Railway) stunned IM NK Mishra (Tata Steel) while in two more upsets, Commonwealth champion Atanu Lahiri and IM-elect Jayant Gokhale went down to S Mari Arul and AS Bartake respectively.
