Cinevista to adopt book-building for IPO

MUMBAI, JANUARY 19: Cinevista Communications is entering the capital market with a public issue of 25,33,500 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. The issue conists of book building portion of 19 lakh shares of face value of Rs 10 and fixed price portion of 6,33,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each. To meet the growing demand for television software, the company is setting up an integrated studio complete with related equipment at an estimated outlay of Rs 9 crore. It also proposes to augment its working capital resources by an additional Rs 22 crore.
