IMPHAL, JANUARY 22: Manipur Minister of State for Power Thangminlien hasresigned from his post and also the membership of the State Assembly,sources said Saturday.

Thangminlien submitted his resignation letter to the office of CM WNipamacha Singh as he was in Shillong attending the two-day security meetingof chief ministers of the N-E states with PM Atal Behari Vajpayee, sourcessaid.
