MUMBAI, FEBRUARY 1: A lone goal by Sebastian Fernandes enabled Santa Cruz beat Borivli 1-0 in the final of the 13th Bipin Memorial Football Association Inter-Camp football tournament for boys under-16, sponsored by Citizens Organisation for Public Opinion, at the Goan Sports Association ground, Cross Maidan, on Monday.

The six free Camps whose teams took part in the tournament were co-sponsored by Central Bank and Ambuja Cements.
