CHANDIGARH, FEB 2: Third seed Karan Doctor suffered a 2-6 2-6 shock defeat at the hands of unseeded Romanian Luchic Raian, while another unseeded Kamala Kannan grabbed a hard-won semi-final 6-7 (3) 6-4 6-4 berth from seventh seed Amanjot Singh at the ITF Junior Circuit Tournament at CLTA courts here on Wednesday.

Delhi lad Chaturvedi Parantap beat Shivang Mishra 6-3 6-3, while Sofyan Kaufjun of Armenia beat Chatwinder Singh 7-6(3) 6-4 to meet Kamala in the semifinal duel on Thursday.
