Dutch, British sign soccer accord
THE HAGUE, FEB 15: The Dutch justice minister and British home secretary have signed an agreement to exchange information about convicted hooligans ahead of the Euro 2000 soccer championships. Information will be exchanged in the form of a certificate containing personal particulars of the person detailing offences committed, convictions and the soccer match concerned.
