Exim Bank awaits Govt nod to kick off banking operation

MUMBAI, APR 28: Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) is awaiting government clearance for starting full-flegded banking operations. The proposal to become a full-flegded bank was approved by its board in January, and currently the decision is awaited from the Union government, said Y B Desai, the bank managing director while announcing the annual results.
