Four Anjuman members held in AP for blasts in 3 states
The Andhra Pradesh government claimed to have achieved a major breakthrough in the investigation into the series of blasts at places of worship in the state following the arrest of four persons belonging to the organisation, Deendar Anjuman, including a contractor from Vijayawada.




Father's bail plea in girl-dog wedding case rejected
The bail prayers of the father of four-year old Anju, who was married to a dog for `warding off the evil eye' and another person were on Monday rejected by the sub-divisional judicial magistrate who remanded them to Ranaghat jail custody till July 27.
