Savarkar film in four months
NASHIK, AUG 7: A film on the life of Swatantryaveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar would be completed in the next four months. The chairperson of the Savarkar Trust and noted musician and singer Sudhir Phadke said that the shooting of 85 per cent of the film had already been done. He said that the remaining sequences would require another two months after which the film would be edited, dubbed and submitted for the clearance of the Censor Board. He further said that the premier show of the film would be held in Delhi positively in the next six months. STIR AGAINST `MAXICAB': The chairperson of the Parivahan Kruti Samiti, action committee of transporters, Baba Adhav, announced that autorickshaws, taxies and state transport buses would go off the roads from August 21 to protest against the State Government's nod for six-seater three-wheelers "Maxicabs". Adhav said that about 15 lakh people would participate in the stir. He urged for unity among the drivers and owners of vehicles for the agitation.
