The victims, Abdullah, Hafeeza and Pissibi, were treated at the government hospital at Batote after troops rescued them from the backward Warwan area recently, he said and added a group of foreign mercenaries, who entere Dkhida village demanded favours from the people, including women, in July this year. Those who refused were beaten up, tortured and even killed.
