New coach on Oct 23
PRESS TRUST OF INDIA


CHENNAI: Two Australians, Geoff Marsh and Dean Jones, and one New Zealander, John Wright, are in the running for the post of the coach of the Indian cricket team.

The three aspirants will have separate discussions with Indian Board officials including its Chief AC Muthiah and former President Raj Singh Dungarpur in Chennai on October 23. The name of the selected candidate is likely to be announced on the same day, Muthiah informed.
