Patil - a visionary who modernised markets

No changes in I-T rates -- Sinha
Finance minister Yashwant Sinha has ruled out any changes in the income-tax rates in the next Union Budget, stating that they were already at moderate levels. The government, Sinha said, would introduce the FRA and other important economic legislation in the winter session.
