NTPC grabs SAIL power plants for a song
NTPC has wrested control of two captive power plants of Steel Authority of India with a combined capacity of 240 MW for a paltry consideration of Rs 60 cr. SAIL would transfer the two projects, valued at about Rs 400 crore, by the end of the fiscal to the joint venture.
