Kapil refuses to play in fund-raiser

New Delhi, February 19: "I don't want to wear whites again. I have retired from the game. It is goodbye," the former India captain told PTI here on Monday. The man with 434 Test scalps, a record till overtaken by Courtney Walsh of the West Indies, said the effort of the Cricket Boards of the two countries was laudable but "I have nothing to do with the game anymore".

Though he said he had quit the game, Kapil Dev confessed his thoughts were still with the team of which he was coach till last year and said "I wish them all luck in the series against Australia".
