Jeev finishes tied sixth
Jeev Milkha Singh, the only Indian on the European PGA Tour, played steady golf on the final day to submit a one-under 71 card which gave him a tied sixth place finish in the million-pound Dubai Desert Classic, which concluded at the Emirates Golf Club, in Dubai.




Gilchrist to miss Delhi warm-up game
Australian wicketkeeper-batsman and vice-captain Adam Gilchrist will miss the three-day match between March 6 and 8 against Board President's XI at the Ferozshah Kotla here due to a ``niggle in the hip.''
