Lintas against Ad Club award
ENS ECONOMIC BUREAU

MUMBAI, MAR 21 : The Rs 1,000 crore Lowe Lintas & Partners has lodged a formal complaint with the Advertising Club, Mumbai, for violating the judging procedures while selecting the winning ad campaigns for the club’s forthcoming annual awards function to be held on March 29 this year.

According to a media release from Lowe Lintas, the agency has sent a formal communication to the Advertising Club registering its protest at the manner in which some panel members of the jury violated judging procedures and subverted the entire process of grading and evaluating entries. In its letter Lintas has asked that all current awards be set aside and new committees to be reconstituted.
