Constable Insaaf Khan invited the teenager to his flat in Pul Prahladpur on the pretext of some personal work on Friday evening and then raped her, police said.
In his complaint, the girl's father accused 21-year-old Khan of luring his daughter to the flat with an intention to outrage her modesty, police said.
A senior police officer said: "The girl went home and narrated her ordeal to her family members. The victim's family approached the police after which she was sent for medical examination. Once the medical examination confirmed rape, a case was registered against Khan and he was arrested."
