‘Corruption has many heads like Ravana’

Subedar Vishnu Prasad Upadhyay,an ex-Serviceman from Lucknow,spent an entire week designing his costume. Dressed as Ravana,he grabbed eyeballs and entertained the crowd at the day-long fast with his demonic laughter. His ten heads had pictures of various ministers accused in several scams under UPA’s tenure. Upadhyay also wore several medals,each medal,he claimed,he earned for unearthing several scams. “One medal I received for my work in Bofors scam,one for Telgi scam,another for Satyam scam,one for CWG scandal and the last one for 2G scam,” Upadhyay said. “All the ministers are as evil as Ravana and they need to change,” he said.
