Are you happy with the way your career has panned out? Are you a bit disappointed not being able to cement your place in the Indian team for a longer time?
I won't say that I am disappointed, but I could have done better and stayed longer in the national reckoning. At present, I am very focused on the chances I get.
What targets have you set in the next 20 days ahead of the Test series involving the Indian and Australian teams, knowing that the BCCI think thank is looking for pacers in the national team line up in absence of Zaheer Khan and Umesh Yadav?
I want to break into the Indian Test team. There are few bowlers who are out of contention due to injuries, I would like to use that and make a mark. It is a dream for any medium-pacer to play at least 5-7 Test matches against Australia. It would be great if I am able to impress the selectors.
