Civic activist Aneeta Gokhale Benninger, along with her colleagues, will on Monday send a telegram to Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan for implementation of the Jain Committee report to save the hills of Pune. "It seems we have to make one more effort to get the BDP approved. This time we are going to use the good old way of sending telegrams to Prithviraj Chavan, the Chief Minister. It is being sent so that the state government can implement the Bio Diversity Park project in the city," she said. The telegram will stress the message 'Save Pune's Hills'.
