A man was arrested on the charge of raping a minor girl at Sector-7 area in the steel city here, police said.
Dhanus Munda was arrested yesterday for raping a 15-year-old girl of his neighbourhood when she was alone in her house, SDPO, Rourkela, S Sethi said.
After hearing her scream for help, local people caught the accused and police arrested him, he said.
