21 CBI officials get medals

Twenty-one CBI officials have been awarded distinguished and meritorious service medals. President’s Police Medals for distinguished services have been awarded to Suman Bala Sahoo (Joint Director,Kolkata),Ganesh Verma (SP,ACB,Imphal),Bhupinder Kumar Chhabra (Sr SP,EOU-III),Jogendra Nayak (AIGP-II) and Prakash Chand (Inspector,SC-III,Delhi).

Police Medals for Meritorious Services have been awarded to 16 officials including S Suresh (DIG,ACB,Jaipur),P S Salunke (DIG,ACB,Mumbai),Gollapalli Nageswara Rao (DIG,ACB,Visakhapatnam),Deepak Kumar Kabi (Dy SP,ACB,Rourkela) and Ashesh Kumar (Dy SP,Ranchi).

Besides,Partha Mukherjee (Dy SP,ACB,Kolkata),Sundravel Murugavel,(inspector,SU,Chennai),Prabhanjan Chakarborty (inspector,ACB,Patna),Chanda Rani (inspector,BS&FC,Bangalore),Ishwar Singh (sub-inspector,EO-I,Delhi),Ajeet Singh (sub inspector,EO-III,Delhi),Kailash Shivanna Bore (assistant sub-inspector,ACB,Nagpur) and Amar Singh (Head Constable,SC-II,Delhi) have also been chosen for the award. Naresh Kumar (Head Constable,SU,Delhi),Mohammad Mahmood Ali Khan (Head Constable,CBI Academy,Ghaziabad) and Tribhuwan Shankar (Constable,ACB,Dehradun) will also get the award on Republic Day.
