Special Judge O P Saini deferred the bail pleas of A Rajas private secretary R K Chandolia and Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Usman Balwa to October 18. Arguments on the applications of Kusegaon directors Asif Balwa and Rajeev Aggarwal and Cineyug Films director Karim Morani are scheduled for October 18.

I will prefer if we take these applications on October 17….I have given you a tentative date of October 15 for pronouncing order on charge, the judge said.

The police said the trio from Chandigarh — Rohan (21), Sumit (22), and Mohit (19) — were dhol players by profession and had procured the weapons due to an old rivalry with local residents.
