In a late night major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Punjab Government Friday transferred 31 IAS and 43 PCS officers with the immediate effect. A spokesperson of the Chief Minister's Office said that Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal cleared the file regarding transfer and postings of the 74 officers this evening.
