39 insider trading cases in 2 years: FM

  • Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has initiated action in 39 cases involving insider trading, finance minister P Chidambaram informed the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday. “During the last two years, Sebi has initiated actions in 39 cases for insider trading,” Chidambaram said.
