  • “The argument whether pilots or controllers are at fault should not be the issue,” said an Air India pilot, adding that the investigations should aim only at preventing accidents. “It is not the purpose of this activity to apportion blame or liability,” the ICAO manual says of such investigations.

    “Even a country like Indonesia has a better record when it comes to investigation of incidents like these. Here, the DGCA doesn’t even have a link on its website on these issues,” said Captain Ranganathan.

Please keep following up on this and if you can investigate the open scandal that is going on regarding RT Examination and the corruption it entails, this is right across the board talk to any pilot and he will give you the required information of the farce it is and the people who are making a quick buck on it.
