
Nearly 55 persons were injured in two separate bus accidents, in Shimla district, near Rampur, and Sirmour district. Twenty five persons were injured when a Himachal Road Transport Corporation bus number HP-5320 from Pulwahal on route to Shimla fell in a 200 feet-deep gorge at Bhadoli in district Sirmour.
Police personnel at Rajgarh police station said all injured were referred to Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital in Shimla and are reported to be out of danger. The cause of accident is yet to be ascertained, said the Police.
In other incident, 30 persons traveling for a marriage party in private bus number HP-27-0146 were injured when the bus went out of control and crashed into the side of the mountain. The accident happened at 9.30 p.m. at Racholi near Rampur.
The injured were immediately rescued and sent to Rampur hospital for first aid. The bus was going from Magara near Jhakri to Dohi village near Delath in Rampur
