Around 26 students from Punjab have filed a court case in the district court in The Hague against the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs alleging that they were not granted visa by the ministry despite being admitted in various courses at the European University of Professional Education.

G Sahni, an immigration agent, who has represented these students in the Dutch Embassy, claimed the ministry was 'deliberately' not grating them visa even as the Dutch immigration authorities in India had given them a permission letter to study in their country.

Disclosing this in a press release sent to the media, Sahni claimed the case was lined up for hearing at Palace of Justice, The Hague, Prins Clauslaan 60, The Hague, the Netherlands, for tomorrow.
