Pop diva Mariah is known for her extravagant tastes but she outdid herself by spending USD 1 million during her four day trip to London.

The bill included first-class flights for the 40-year-old singer, 200,000 pounds for bedrooms on the entire top floor of high-end hotel 'The Dorchester' and 12,000 pounds to hire a Rolls-Royce and a Bentley, reported Daily Mail online.

Topping it all was a bash at Jalouse nightclub in Mayfair on Thursday to promote her new album 'Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel'.

Guests drank 1,200 pounds-a-bottle champagne while watching her music videos on a big screen.

"Mariah wanted a VIP area complete with white flowers, cupcakes, a white carpet and an 85,000 pound diamond-encrusted ice bucket. There was 250,000 pound worth of Angel champagne on the tables” said a source in the club.

Carey had earlier grabbed headlines when she demanded to be surrounded by 20 white kittens and 100 white doves for a brief appearance at a mall.
