    Taking pine bark extract for a few days before a long-haul flight may reduce the severity and duration of jet lag symptoms, researchers from G D’Annunzio University, Italy indicate. The extract Pycnogenol reduces problems like swelling and blood clotting.

He have nostalgia about her motor bike use and short hairs and talk like a man. I do not know what he would have written about Maharani Laxami Baii, perhaps he would call her crazy, scors of other women who sacrificed , he would call them stupid or beggers or what not.He has lost his mind and his opinion that no Indian woman should ride a motor bike and talk this way or that way. This is non-sensical writing should not make to newpapers.

He been a reader and writer for long. Have travelled and met people of many walks of life. So there is a wisdom which he is entitled too. He can publish his own books and write whatever he pleases but news papers should bring some investigation of their own to make them realiable sourse of information. Example He writes that he did not know till now that Hindu Maha Sabha and RSS has opened thousands of school with lacks of students and then he talks about brain wash.I am writing to expose that these schools being around for more than 40 years in Indian and in so much quantity. I did not go in one of them as we could not afford but I know they are around and doing whatever. How come he did not know till he became 90 and how could he suddenly write that too wrong about them. To my knowledge Hindu Maha Sabha has nothing to do with them just like congress party don't.
