SAD leaders hail Nurmahal victory

Gabria said that previous Congress government had not even added a single unit in the power production in the last five years and said that his government was going to accord top priority to execute more power projects and would definitely increase the production by 6000 MW in the coming three years. He said that in the coming three to four years,the state would be producing sufficient powers to meet the requirements of the state. Gabria has said that state government has chalked out a comprehensive programme to fully upgrade the development infrastructure in urban and rural areas in the state and had already sanctioned an urban infrastructure development plan of Rs 5500 crore, under which all the basic amenities including sewerage,water supply,roads,street lights etc. would be provided.

Among others who were present on this occasion including Pal Singh Grewal,Sukhdev Singh Gill,Sawarn Singh Maholi,Tehal Singh Gill,Sukhwinder Singh Ballu (All Councilors’),Baldev Singh Noorwala Member Zila Parishad,Bibi Surinder Kaur Dayal, Parwinder Singh Saini,Raja Singh Khullar and Sohan Singh Goga. Meanwhile,former minister and SAD general secretary Mahesh Inder Singh Grewal has also hailed the victory of party candidate in Nurmahal by-election. “It clearly shows that the public liked the people friendly policies of the Badal government,” Grewal added.
