Singer Amy Winehouse is blissfully spending her holidays in Caribbean island of St Lucia with a new mystery man.

The 'Back To Black' singer appears to be at peace with herself and her new boyfriend 21-year-old Joshua Bowman, leaving behind all thoughts about her husband Blake Fielder-Civil and her native country Britain, 'Mirror' reported.

Looking, healthy and carefree, she was seen strolling the beach of the paradise island of St Lucia with Bowman.

The junkie singer, whose drug-addicted husband Blake Fielder-Civil is currently in jail, has started an unlikely romance with a strapping young public-school educated actor.

Her current lover has some good things to say about her, "She's just a cool girl, very nice, and we're just very friendly. She's a good laugh - she is such a lovely girl and on great form. I can't say much more than that. I have been having a lovely time relaxing."

The couple soon struck up a close friendship when they met at St Lucia and will remain there for another week.

"It's true to say that I'm a budding young actor. But I'd rather get my name out there because of my acting rather than who I'm being photographed with. I wasn't waiting until there was a photographer on the beach to put my arm around Amy," Bowman said.

The pair were pictured in a warm embrace on a Caribbean beach yesterday.

Bowman has spent the past year on the books of a New York acting agency, Gersch, studying method acting at the Lee Strasburg Institute and 'networking'.
