At the official banquet hosted in his honour on November 4, Belgium’s King Albert II struck a nostalgic note as he narrated a most pleasant coincidence. He told the audience that his first visit to India had come exactly on the same day 25 years ago. Not just that, he had landed in India the same time, 8.15 pm, as he was delivering this banquet speech.
