    Manjunath, working as sales manager at IOC, was allegedly shot at Mittal Petrol Pump in Lakhimpur Kheri in UP on November 19, 2005. He had warned main accused Pawan Kumar Mittal alias Monu, the son of the petrol pump owner, that the pump would be sealed if it didn’t stop selling adulterated diesel.
