A senior official of the Press Information Bureau (PIB) found himself in a mess after his e-mail ID was hacked into recently. Dozens of malicious e-mails were sent out to journalists and other contacts from the hacked ID, and the officer had to hurriedly send a mail out asking all to ignore them. However, one of his female colleagues in the PIB didn't take the matter lightly, complaining to his boss, Principal DG, about a mail that originated from his ID and landed in hers.
