What makes a live concert by AR Rahman special is its scale and grandeur that is rare to find amongst other Indian musicians. With his latest tour,called RahmanIshq — the title is a conceptual extension of his recent single Infinite Love — the music maestro will venture into cities that aren’t the usual concert favourites. Starting with Sydney’s Allphones Arena on August 24,the concert will tour Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Visakhapatnam and Jaipur in October. He will joined by his team,comprising musicians such as Sukhwinder Singh,Javed Ali,Ranjit Barot,and Vijay Prakash among others.

The announcement was made by Rahman at a press conference in Mumbai on Monday night. The tickets will be available from August 15.
