Amit Trivedi is now two-all. If he impressed in Dev. D and in the solo song Iktara in Wake Up Sid,this one’s his second downer after Aamir,and a much bigger one. Apart from the forgettable but funky Aasman ke paar chalo (Raman-Shilpa Rao-Joi Barua-Amitabh Bhattacharya-Tochi Raina),the score and its lyrics (Shellee) have nothing to offer. Kavita Seth’s duet with Kavish Seth Music hi hai is all gimmicks,though both singers do well.

This is an audio release in MP3 format as this B-grade film needs a commercial push,and so the music label includes the entire soundtracks of De Dana Dan,Garam Masala and Aap Ki Khatir. Abhijeet’s Dekho mere gaon mein composed by Sreenivas in the new film makes a mark while Dangal (Shreenivas-Shreya) is okay. From the older soundtracks,the underrated De Dana Dan works big-time as an all-good score.
