The difference - Gel well as a team beyoond race and nationsBy: Dr Pats | 12-May-2009 Reply | Forward Ultimately it is a team game. Those teams where palyers from different countries and cultures and races are gelling well, are doing a better job. A dashing Australian opener thinks of a relatively new, but in form Indian opener as his inspiration. It shows thay are gelling well beyond race etc. No wonder that Delhi Daredevils are doing a good job. Same gelling is seen in Rajasthan Royals as well. Whereas KKR with lots of issues including racism etc are struggling big time. I guess captains who are good leaders can make a lot of difference than those who are under shadows of arrogant coaches...
