It is pathetic to learn that the State Finance Minister is concerned with the constitutionality of the claim of the opposition party on the matter of handling the relief operation, while people have been living in such a distressed condition. Let that Finance Minister come to Gosaba village, live in a relief camp for a few days and following Gramsci he may then like to write essays on the constitutionality of Mamatas claim. Criticising
