Rajveer Grewal (Jackky Bhagnani), heir to a billion-dollar automobile empire, has been served a life on a silver platter. He falls head-over-heels in love with Madhuri (Nidhi Subbaiah), who believes in social justice and equality and hates all rich people, much to the dismay of Rajveer. In a sweeping stance of romance, Rajveer decides to give it all up and pretend to be the poor in order to win her affection and love. A comedy of errors ensues as he and his ultra-rich family attempt to play the parts of slum-dwellers.
