Angel’s BO run will decide my B’wood course: Nilesh

'Angel' is a love story between a boy and a handicapped girl hit the screens today.

Actor Nilesh Sahay,who makes his debut with Ganesh Acharya’s ‘Angel’,said,the film’s fate at the box office would determine his next move in the B-town.

Directed by Choreographer-director Ganesh Acharya,’Angel’,a romantic film stars debutantes Nilesh,nephew of actor Sanjay Dutt and Madalta Sharma,daughter of actress Sheila Sharma.

“The fate of my debut movie will help me in taking up projects in the near future. It will help me understand in what films I should go for. Whatever the film be a hit or a flop it will always hold a special place in my heart,” Nilesh said.

The film,which is said to be a love story between a boy and a handicapped girl hit the screens today.

On his role,the actor said,”I essay the character of Abhay,who is immature with brash behaviour but people will develop a liking towards him later in the film.”

Nilesh,son of yesteryear actress Zaheeda (of Dev Anand starrer ‘Gambler’ fame),is unperturbed with Acharya’s previous record — where two if films ‘Swami’ and ‘Money Hai Toh Honey Hai’ failing miserably at the box office.

“I am not bothered whether his previous films did well or not. I don’t judge the director by his past work. Every film is new and fresh. I have not seen both the films. I loved the script and my character in ‘Angel’. I had no second thoughts about this project,” Nilesh said.

The 27-year-old entrant says despite having four generations of actors in the film industry it was not easy for him to make an in-road into Bollywood.

“I had got couple of offers from both big and small banners. But I have also struggled like any other new comer. Networking is the only benefit of being a star kid,” Nilesh said.

Even before his debut film hits cinema houses,the actor is flooded with film offers. “I have couple of offers I might soon lock in one-two films but nothing is finalised. I would like to do more romantic and action films,” Nilesh said.
