Another FIR lodged against Lalu, now for unsafe chopper landing

    RJD chief Lalu Prasad was slapped with an FIR after his helicopter allegedly landed at the venue of his election meeting instead of the helipad, which is in violation of the Model Code of Conduct, a senior government officer said in Garwah.

    The FIR was lodged by Block Development Officer, Subhas Singh, after the helicopter overshot the helipad and landed at the meeting site directly, Garwah Deputy Commissioner Vijay Kumar Singh said.

    The FIR, filed with the Garwah police station (case no 101), also names the pilot, Jagjit Singh, he said.

    LalujiBy: Indian | 08-Apr-2009 Reply | Forward This all not a big deal. Great leaders like MR.Modi < Mr.Bal Thakkare and Mr.Thogadia what are they, did they follow or respect law of the land. If the Country need peace put the culprits in jail. Law should apply to any one regardless of his/her position,relegion etc.
