This openness is dissimilar from what is popularly known as PPP. Yes, there is a connect between the government and the governed in that concept too and we are a pre-eminent state in the country as regards the number of PPP projects. Thus the context greatly improves the text of governance. But context-sensitivity does not mean a surrender before the flaws and foolery of our times.
