Logistics player Arshiya International has posted a 11 per cent rise in September quarter net profit at Rs 35.43 crore.
The city-headquartered company had posted a consolidated post-tax profit of Rs 31.85 crore.
The pre-tax profit went up 67 per cent to Rs 108.18 crore, it said in a statement issued here.

The company's chairman and managing director Ajay S Mittal said the free trade warehousing zones at Khurja and Mumbai, coupled with the launch of a rail terminal at the former, have helped the company.
The decision to allow foreign direct investment in multi-brand retail will also help an integrated player in the space like Arshiya, he added.
The company scrip was trading at Rs 123.50 a piece, up 1.40 percent during the special Diwali mahurat trading at 1615 hours on BSE, whose broader Sensex was down 0.11 percent.
