Following his two gold medals on Wednesday,Asav Kumar continued his fine run as he claimed his third gold medal of the tournament in the 50 M Freestyle event in the Boys' U-8 category with a timing of 40 seconds on the second day of the Chandigarh State Level Swimming Championship being held at Sector 23 Swimming Pool. Saheb Pratap Singh claimed the top spot in the 100 M Freestyle and 200 M Freetyle event in the boys' U-17 category. In the 100 M Freestyle event,Sahib Rana claimed the second spot while the third spot was claimed by Mridul Punia. In the 50 m Breaststroke event in the girls' U-10 event,Khushnoor Kaur Walia claimed the top spot with a time of 51.69 seconds while the second spot was claimed by Soumya Nayyar with a time of one minute and 6.63 seconds. The third spot in the event was claimed by Rubaiyat Takhar with a time of one minute and 9.85 seconds. It was a good day for Harnoor Kaur as she claimed the top spot in the 25 M Breaststroke event in the girls' U-8 category while the second spot was claimed by Kudrat Thakar. The third spot was claimed by Gurnoor Kaur.
