Y Neelima Reddy’s body was found on Infosys campus on Tuesday night.

The autopsy report of Yeruva Neelima Reddy, the Infosys techie who was found lying in a pool of blood in the Infosys campus Tuesday night, shows the presence of sedatives in her body. Cyberabad Police has registered a case of suspicious death.

Cyberabad Police said that Neelima Reddy, who returned from a posting in US on July 21,had arrived at the Infosys campus at 7.30 pm. Although she is not connected with Hyderabad office anymore due to her posting in the United States and did not have any work there, she went into several offices on various floors.

CCTV footage showed her entering the campus, talking for a long time on the mobile phone, sitting in front of a computer in one office for about half an hour, and moving around on various floors around 8.30 pm. The last footage showed her at 9.30 pm near the three-tier parking lot.

“At 9 pm she called her husband and told him that she would spend the night at her mother’s house and that he should not wait for her. Her cellphone call records show that she made some calls to a person in Vizag and some calls to friends in Hyderabad,” an official of Cyberabad Police said.

“It is unclear why Neelima Reddy called her husband and told him that she was at her mother’s house when she was in fact in the Infosys building at that time. We are investigating call records, and what happened after 9.30 pm,” the official added.

A security guard found Neelima lying in a pool of blood at 10.30 pm on Tuesday. She was rushed to hospital where she died next day.
