  • Mulayam Singh Yadav must have been in need of some urgent legal advice. That should explain why he decided to hop into Law Minister H R Bhardwaj’s car while coming out of the Prime Minister’s residence following a sudden meeting on Saturday. Bhardwaj was also leaving 7, Race Course Road, at the same time and Mulayam left his own car to share a ride with the Law Minister, with instructions to his elaborate security cavalcade to follow them. It remains to be seen what comes out of this back-seat chat.
