THis gives you a clear insight in to these quota criminals'mind.These Quota Criminals wont get higher caste girl to marry or even to be grilfreind.so these middle aged 50ish quota doctors working in prestigious hospitals uses young or middle aged women COMING TO HIM as there pray! Most of quota doctors are smokers,habitual druncard or drug addict.Clearly it will knock down there virility for sure but problem is not that.Problem lies in THE Head!! By sxually abusing higheR caste women and/or childern,These quota crimianls will satisfy there EGO that they abused one or more highre caste woman and/or childern.This is pretty common psychological backwash when they feel fustated by competition from younger,competenet,more civilised and better looking merit doctor in the same hospitals.they have been taught to belive that they are margnialsed by higher caste professional which is clearly a myth as without QUOTA benefits,these criminals will be driving auto for sure!!

I find it sick reading some of the comments down below, some people are talking about social injustice, what about the social injustice metted out to the people of lower castes since last five thousand years of hindu civilization.?? There are still some provinces in india itself where the lower castes people are treated in human and scavengers. To make sure the rights of everyone is taken care of its important to empower these people and know their rights rather than bullying them and creating problems every time there is an issue of reservation. If the people of upper caste think that face a competition from this then its upto the constitution of india to decide and forsee how if it wants to be counted in the civilized world or not.

As such whole country is backward. All PSU close where 95% are not backword only so called upper caste has prove that they in efficient. All caste base has created problem in India. Only so called upper are on higher position you can see the position of india with china. You can see all baster have left leaving muslim area because of fear only SC are staying and fighting with them.

The quotas are going on increasing. More and more castes are added to 'backward' castes. This shows that quotas have not made any backward castes into forward. Instead previously 'forward' are getting added to the list of 'backward' Quotas have backfired royally. These politicians are hell bent on ruining the nation...what do they care about the ordinary man's bread when they are feeding off on his flesh?

Reservation has never brought any benefit. It is given by political parties to their men. The unqualified appointments have corrupted the whole system. Reservation for facilities like education can be given for financialy poor (not based on caste/relegion), but not in jobs as jobs are meant to be done well. We are seeing the erosion of efficiency already in all areas from administration to teaching to self respect and duties. The poor people should be provided with skills to compete with others thus making them more efficient and a better efficient India.

This new move by the Social Justice Ministry is not surprising. In the case of the 27% reservation for the OBCs in the institutions for higher education even the supreme court had asked to review only the creamy layer status, not the reservation policy itself, every 5 years which is a clear indication that the reservation is there to stay for eternity, even though the founding fathers of independent India proposed this only for a limited period. The quotas have become like addictive drugs for those who enjoy it and for the more and more castes being added to it. No government, irrespective of their political ideology will dare to stop this nonsense because, no beneficiary will take it kindly if the benefits once doled out are withdrawn. Recently, the Kerala government had indicated that an Ordinace shall be promulgatd so that the Minimum marks prescribed for the SCs

This is right thing going to be happend.Because these denotified tribes are real freedom fighter of india and faced Criminal tribes Act for Duration of 82 years.They faced it after 5 year of independence till 31 aug 1952.Froodom fighters are getting benefit of reservation since independence .But These real fighter is not getting any thing since 1871.So this is a tribute to Their forefathers . If this is is not enacted this time this is hearts dignity of India.

Why not provide 100% reservation for ST, SC, OBC and DNTs and minorities. Change constitution to this effect. And make the change permanent. Others can enter employment only if candidates fro these catagories are not available at the time of recruitment. The reservation quota should also include posts like President, Vice President and MPs and MLAs Upper cats have enjoied these reservations for generations.
