RP and his Merc
There is another Mercedes Benz car in Rae Bareilly. It belongs to RP Singh. The UP speedster was presented one on Monday, and he has requested for it to be sent to his home, turning down an option of driving it on his own. Problem? "Registration nahi hai," he says innocently. "I want a Rae Bareilly ka number, iss liye," as he walked into the cemented surface wearing his spikes to reach to the dressing room after a practice session. "I have no fear of slipping with these spikes, kyunki hum to waise hi phisal gaye," he laughed. The statement looked in good humour, only later it was found that RP has been ruled out of the first Test with an injury.
