NCP's Chhagan Bhujbal is all set to take over the role of Maharashtra's Dy CM and Home Minister.
Senior NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal will be the new Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Bhujbal would also look after the Home department, party sources said on Friday.
Bhujbal replaces R R Patil who resigned from his post in the aftermath of the terror attacks in Mumbai last week. Bhujbal was in charge of the same portfolio in the previous Congress-Nationalist Congress Party government in the state.
